goldfish like the waterfall

Is this normal. It is only about half of them. They swim under the waterfall.

I have some fish that love to play in the waterfall and the spitter spray.

Mine love the current of the waterfall. When I plug in my water spitter they make a bee line for it and take turns playing in it. They swim right through it where it hits the water.

That is normal for the silly fish

What you want to watch for, that could indicate a problem, is if they're hanging out there a lot, and seem to be having difficulty breathing, gasping at the surface, etc.

Mine love going under the waterfall especially when I'm topping the pond off with the hose, which makes me nervous because they are where the most tap water comes in but I've talked to them and they ignore me and none of the fish have had any issues afterwards so... They sure are fun to watch cavorting in the waterfall though.

Mine do the same ignore any advice I give them...............sounds like kids
