Heavy Rain = Muddy Water

give it time it will filter out , rain seems to do that esp if there is any runoff entering the pond. Or the rocks still have a little dirt on them.

I am going to give it some time to clear on its own, still gets you mad when your water was nice and clear, then bam it's dirty.

Yes runoff does Suck, my driveway slopes to either side of the garage and routes the water to the yard. I will go to HD or Lowes this week and get some of those drains that go in front of a garage and run some pipe further into the yard to a pop up.

Yeah, I had one of those thunderstorms a while back, hit so hard and fast it dumped about 50 or 60 gallons of runoff into the pond. My current solution of an enhanced drainage ditch has worked so far, but I fear I'll have to pipe under my sidewalk to a storm drain, maybe put a grate in.
