I am at a crossroads end. I have 1 1/2" intake into a 2 "pipe where my filter tanks 2 55g drums are. From there i exit with 2" out from the filters where i plan to use a wye splinter to run 2x 1 1/2" out from the 2" connecting two falls.

I am working with a Pressurized system,

For the intake an exit of the drums, Is it better to use sweep 90 or go with a standardized 90 degree angle?

Second question is on a UV filter is it better to place before or after the split from the 2" Wye?

I don't understand what you are doing however a wye should be used to reduce friction. It doesn't matter where the uv is installed but you will need a valve to slow the water down. If what you are saying is that you will be installing the uv on one of the lines going to the falls then that falls will not receive the same volume of water and will not look the same. I would run a loop in the plumbing before the filter so that the volume exiting and going to the falls is the same. Here is a link to my set up.
