Trap is set again.
Hope they can't find their way back from that farm pond! That place is gonna be over run w/the nessie's!Good old northern water snakes, mama can have up to 30 babies, I think fatty last year was a mama.
They can chase the cows around the fields and not you guys nowIt is a good 5 miles away and a real farm pond, cows weeds etc.
Can you do that dance recital just one more time and video tape it . I get it on tick tock and well make a fortune going viral . Granny learns the old tribal ritual of copper head roadYep mouth open coming for me. I put on my bee gloves to let this one loose. Kept in minnow trap until at the farm pond. No more snake grab dance on the driveway.
NO NO NO NO Don't bless that on me!What the heck? Wonder how long this can go on................I mean how many of these creatures are out there.................could be hundreds and thousands!
I think you need St Patrick to come and chase the snakes out of Maryland View attachment 152184
It is against MD law to kill a snake. I find it hard to kill a spider let alone a snake. This is getting a bit overwhelming.I can't find the snake in those pictures.
Honestly I'd be tempted to euthanize these snakes and lay them out for other predators to eat.......you're overrun with them and soon the farm pond will be too !
Oh my not copper heads! Northern water snakes. Non venomous. If it was copperheads I would have a exterminator here now.In the city I can understand but coper heads 9 copper heads in one 2 month span that's a but much there's no way there's enough food
The gift that keeps on giving....................man I hope all this ends soon as I can't bear thinking of all those fish becoming sushi!Oh my not copper heads! Northern water snakes. Non venomous. If it was copperheads I would have a exterminator here now.
Food ,there is a lot, the frogs are gone, the fish are going. I bought 150 fish, the numbers are way down now.
All I can do is keep trapping, if big mama has her kids that is up to another 30 (normal load is 8-10 babies)
The fish in the 1000 gallon pond are really spooked they won't even come and get food now.
