Crawdads- What to do about them?

I think most coins these days would not have much copper in them ,but remember Puerto Rico a drunk in the pond there picking up the coins in the pond at the hotel and no it was not me :razz: But guessing coins can cause a problem with high powered pumps that they use .yep be careful what you say on here .We get high here on pond water ,warning sign is up

sorry for reopening this, but I found a crayfish in my aqueduct today, about an inch long (sorry, no photo) and I have no idea how it got there. I almost made a new post, searching crayfish, but then thought someone might put the southern word crawdad in.

Anyway, here's my aqueduct overview and canal, the canal actually goes under the aqueduct about halfway; promise to try to get a picture, sort of like the Loch Ness, very shy!!
