At first I thought she was pregnant. But she has been like this for a few months. She eats and swims normally. 900 gallon pond. Total 12 goldfish 5-6 inch. Babies or

She doesn’t look comfortable, does she….poor thing! If she’s not egg bound, I would guess maybe dropsy (which is a symptom, not a disease). As long as she seems to be enjoying a happy life, leave her alone.

I have had a fish like this now and then. I always end up just letting them live out their lives. They can live a long time and still look like they are doing as could as can be expected.

It could be a tumor. Not that unusual for goldfish and they can live for years with tumors. Not much can be done about it though.
