Hi everyone.
I'm Dave, and I am addicted to fish. :toothy12:
It all started when my son acquired a goldfish from the local fair.
That was 8 years ago, and two tanks ago.
The fish, Godzilla, is now about 9-10 inches long and has a tail that is at least 6 inches wide. Of course other county fair additions are in the tank with him.
So... he needs space.
My wife and I were at Lowe's two weekends ago, and lo and behold... a 165 gallon pond for only $32.00.
I sure felt lucky, because I've been looking at ponds for awhile.
Then lightning stuck twice, I found a 750gph pondmaster pump at Petsmart for $23.00.
So I'm ready to go. Of course I still have to dig a hole and set up a filter system. But I'm closer than I was a few weeks ago.
Anyways, I'm excited and wanted to say hi.
I'm looking forward to learning lots of stuff here, and I am sure I will have a number of questions.
Thanks for having me.
Dave
