Hi can someone tell me what this plant is called please thank you ?

It is called star grass here in nursery I had it in my pond but fish kept attacking it to eat it

are the stems hollow? maybe a type of rush? I have some also, but im nor sure of the name, gets about 3 feet tall

That looks like a scirpus cernuus and they're usually nicknamed the fibre optic plant.
I have one in my pond, check it out here
