Pleco ich or fungus?

I just got 4 happy and active baby bristlenose plecos, 1 to 2 inches, and they have dots on them....some more than others. I mistook them for natural skin features, but now have doubts. Can someone confirm if this is natural or desease? They are in my growout tank fir summer pond with koi. Now my fish may all be contaminted:( Thanks for your expertise!

Does look like ich to me. Raised bumps/specs are not natural. How large is your grow out tank? Inside?
