Cannot find leak! Plan B

This picture is a few weeks old. I thought i had found the leak on the back edge, hence all the liner is pulled out. I've since tidied that up a bit and it's not playing ball. I'll take a more up to date picture tomorrow as I'll be home.

From this picture, it looks like there are many areas where the water could be wicking out of the pond.

Let the water level settle, wait for a really dry forecast, watch the ground surface around dry, pull the rocks back, top the pond slow, look for dry ground becoming wet again. Wicking along those folds look like the obvious place for a low level

You got time to optimise the water level. Where you find some levelling problem, a skim of cement and a spirit level can set a firm level edge behind the liner
