sorry for the spelling, can this plant live in the pond and how deep?

If you mean Pickerel Rush, it can be anywhere from having its crown right at the surface to almost 12" below the surface. I've had the most success with planting it at or just an inch or so down from the surface, and then letting it creep out & spread into the deeper water if it wants.
