Anyone know what plant this is.

Hi everyone
I have a plant in my pond that I would like to add to but don’t know it’s name. It has a purple looking flower in late summer.
I have attached a picture and have no doubt one of you will know exactly what it is.

It looks like water willow, gets small lilac colored flowers.

I wondered what the red circle was. I think it is a stone on the bank behind the plant. Good spot though.
