The quality isn't great, I shot it with my phone. I've been feeding some flakes lately, just because its easy to pinch to between my fingers and try to feed them out of my hand. Trying to socialize them.

[sub]I feed pellets most of the time, Just every few days I've been doing the flakes to see if they will come up and eat them out of my fingers. That video wasnt great, they were eating out of my hands a lot better a few minutes before, but of course when i finally think to take a video they arent that interested anymore. [/sub]

yeh cold at night and then gets up near 80 degrees later in the day .Now I saw all the weather reports and hat it has doneto Texas .eems like a really stormy spring and guessin it is pay back for the mild winter .So far fruit trees like this weather and have lots of nice sized fruit already .Seems fish loose interest fast when you feed them and I usually only feed 2 or 3 times a week right now .Lots of taddies and took 2 bucket fulls down to the creek yesterday .My yearly jaunt .I am populating the world with frogs .I'm waiting to see a news report on all the frogs in the area .

99 your fish are really getting used to you feeding them and fun to watch. You have pretty fish and the butterfly koi look like they have little flapping wings when they swim through the water.

Except the big ones.... they might be scarred for life, lol.

Hopefully they will come around when they realize that predetors cant get near them anymore, and the only things they see outside the pond are poeple feeding them. The big orange one does pop up in one of those videos, i was laying on the dock with my head about 6 inches above the water, and he came near me, but that was before i stuck my hand in the water.

Last year after the blue heron "cleaned me out of smaller fish" I went to our local pet shop and got couple small two inch koi for ten dollar. Blue heron could never get those big guys in my the top pond.

Hows "ididntdoit doing? Anything "new and exciting!

99 I think the big ones will come around someday to getting friendlier as long as the critters don't come hunting around again. If you keep bringing food and putting it in your hand like that I think it will happen.
