We have has a cold wet spring = flowers. Lilies all sending up buds
The perry's baby red that i bought yestarday already got 2 flowers under the surface...i wish will survive to the transfer...
Here after 6th dec, we got rain around last week...and jan/feb we got around 20 celsius in the middle of the day...insane winter here. :(

On is site he says that is the biggest collection of waterlilies in Europe...and is 30min of car from me :D

Usually the buds survive if the stem is not damaged. That is a nice one baby red. You will need lily control when you drive there.

Thanks i will keep a eye out for them. Collect and maybe start a collection of plants. Have plenty of places to put them. And send you seeds.

I see one hard to see , that might have seeds will go and look. Right now raining.
Thanks and think you have to wait till the seeds are loose from the plant kinda. If you can just lift them easy then I would assume they are ready. The little seedlings when they sprout floating around in the pond are very cute!

@Dimelius you don't have to make it bigger but you can make another pond and make that one bigger.

If you have a shovel and room left in your yard then you can do it View attachment 150215
Got all the space that I can...and im happy with that, my pond came out exactly like in my mind, and is all that matter, my perfect pond.

Here was my first, I have a lot of buds near surface and on surface. With the record heat hitting this weekend they will open.

Heading to 90 (32c) with a 100 (37c) heat index, this is July temps not end of May temps.
