gravity fed filter and pump setup

hi i have this idear for my 7ft x4ft 4ft deep gravity fed filter and pump setup and just woundering if any1 can see any problems with it or any way to inprove it some how thanks in advance View attachment 5193 ps how big of a pump do u recommend

looks like it would work....i would be sure the top of filter chamber is atleast a few inches above water line in pond.

I would use DWV fittings on the bottom drain it will make it easier to clean out if you get a stoppage in the line

solvent glue will work if it is for the type of pipe you are using.
