Hello from Maine!

Hi! I'm relatively new to the pond scene (about 4 years) and am still on the climbing side of the learning curve. Our pond is a converted in-ground swimming pool....(kids and grand kids live too far away to keep a swimming pool going.) We call the pond area "Frog's Neck Inn". Frogs don't have much of a neck, and this isn't much of an inn either, but we have had far more enjoyment from the pond than we ever did the pool.
I just built an above ground bog I call the "Weary Canal". I can't say enough about the effectiveness of this addition on the water quality of the pond!
I'm looking forward to sharing ideas with you folks in the community.
