I’m thinking either Rubbermaid 100 Gallon Or tuff stuff 110 Which one has better drain for a hose

I believe they both have the same size drain plug- 1 1/4". I prefer the Rubbermaid, have seen where some people have had the Tuffstuff tanks bow out.

Mine are Rubbermaid and I’m very happy with them! I don’t use the drain on either one of mine. The smaller one that is my filter, I installed a “bottom drain” system with PVC and a valve.

I use Rubbermaid 150's. They last for years (one goes back to 1996). Can't help you with which one has a better drain. I would not use the drain inside my house. You might need to remove the drain plug and add some plumbers tape if the drain plug leaks. I had to do that on all three of mine.

This is what I rig up use Teflon tape
Just connect hose and drain when spring arrives
