I would not add those products to your pond. Are you able to take a picture of what's inside those tubs?

It’s a UV light cleaner. It definitely needs to be cleaned out. Just trying to research how to clean it. I figured out how to change the light just not how to clean the whole tube itself .

When I look at the pictures I see a UV light, but I also see what look like two tubs, with rocks sitting on them. They appear to the left of what I think of as your UV light. There is a blue hose entering and exiting these tubs, before passing through the UV light and returning to the pond.

Are you saying when you lift off the rocks and look into the tubs, the above posted picture is what you see? Don't mean to sound too exacting, just trying to understand your set up.

Wouldn't worry about cleaning what stuck to the inside unless its real bad. but I am with the rest the barely straw is for bad case of string algae . but I believe it to be a pacifier more then a fix . and the pond clarifier may benefit some cases but I believe it to to be a band aid. Anyone with a small set up i would look at something like a bog in a bucket or a window box. throw a lotus and only stone no soil and pump your pond water to it they grow so fast and crazy they may solve the issues you have

Please don't add any chemicals. You might kill your fish. It happens all the time. People add so-called "fish friendly " cures and their fish die.

Forget the UV light for now. We need to see inside those plastic tote boxes. Those are most likely your filters and they probably need attending to. Depending on what is in them, you might just need to rinse them out.

Where is the pump? It may be a submersible pump sitting in the bottom of the pond. Is it functioning? Is water flowing through those hoses?
