Lack of oxygen

Following on from a previous post and a lack of oxygen in my pond (now rectified), a lost 3 fish and 1 of the poorly ones rallied around..sort of
This poor little goldfish which I was convinced would die, is still alive. It is unable to swim strongly but is still swimming around the pond. It goes to the deep end and is around the other fish. They are not bothering or biting it but is not feeding and swims past food. Could it be blind from lack of oxygen?
Is it likely to be feeding from the pond walls? It's been 3 weeks now since it was laying on the bottom and it's not showing any signs of dying
Is there anything I can do?

@TurtleMommy, can he do this indefinitely? Or do you think, he will eventually eat food?

I rarely feed my goldfish, so all they eat is algae and maybe some insects that end up in the water.
