Very nice. You might inform your neighbor that he is going to have Taro soon. Thier roots are runners and will go under the fence. Beautiful plant, so maybe they won't mind. I have some and I have to keep tabs on where they are going.

I just dicovered today, that my prized black bamboo is a runner. So now, where to put it where I can control it...

yup ever since I added it my water has been green free

what size flower pot did you use? you said you got your first koi, how about a pic?...and post one of your neighbors pond too!!!

flower pot was only about 5 gallons, and after a few weeks the green water returned.
I added a 100 gallon stock tank filter.
