Planted it three month ago and no sign of growth yet. Can i assume it is dead?

Stems mushy? just root stock? where there leaves to begin with.

Maybe see if you can see the roots, any white ones, or all brown mushy like. It should be growing

Where did you get yours? I had some two years ago but cannot find it local anymore. And the ebay/ amazon I bought didnt grow.

Dug it out of pot and it was all mushy
