Pink worms in my Shubunkins pond?

I’ve noticed several of these pinkish worms, with a visible dark internal stripe, living in the algae and pebbles at the base of my shubbies’ 40 gallon trough pond, in Southern California. What are they, and should I be worried? Image is of a single worm, although it looks like two attached end to end.

Thanks again. I don’t think mine are this kind of worm—mine have thick ends, almost head-like, and are much shorter. Mine even look like they might have eyes, so they may possibly be some kind of larva. You can zoom in on my photo to see.

Doesn’t look like any larva that I have seen…
