I bought a wireless ip cam, it seems to work great and has not interfered with our set up. We have a cable modem, wireless router and a switch (ran out of ports lol)

The picture on wireless has a slower feed than of course wired, but not bad, it picked up our modem from 50 some feet away and down the slope.

Let me upload a u tube for you, I need to pull it off a different computer.

This is a wireless feed over our lan. I have not tweaked it for picture or anything.
It picks up the birds flying, the deer etc.

Make sure you get a camera just for underwater, the heat of the motor will make what ever you put it in sweat.
