Can somebody please show me a picture of how you hook the three-way splitter to your pump?
Show us what your tubing looks like and what your splitter looks like. The times I’ve done it, the process differed by what I was using. Can somebody please show me a picture of how you hook the three-way splitter to your pump?
What kind of hoses do you have? Are they the corrugated plastic tubing? What does the outflow part of the pump look like?I haven't bought the splitter yet right now my hoses are unhooked except one. I'm waiting on my new pump I just don't understand how the hoses hook up
Like a trident spear from aquaman the pump comes in the single tube by its self where the handle would be and then I would use the center of the three for w hat ever needed the most water. Straight across from the pumps pipe .I haven't bought the splitter yet right now my hoses are unhooked except one. I'm waiting on my new pump I just don't understand how the hoses hook up
I ordered the vivoson 3567 gph. The fittings that are coming with it are 1/2,2/3,4/5,1in. But I don't think any of those are going to work with my hosesWhat exact pump did you order? Usually in the specs it will tell you the input and output sizes. Some have threaded ends others barbed for direct hose attachment, and of different sizes. Depending on this, you adapt the splitter to the output. If your pump is submerged you might use a length of hose between the output and splitter to make the valves easier to reach/adjust.
Now you’re getting into ”reducers,” and things that allow you to connect sizes that normally don’t match. To make it less complicated for you, why not wait until you have your PUMP, SPLITTER, and HOSES right in front of you. It will be a lot easier for us to guide you. No need to make this harder than it needs to be.Okay thank you so much! But that means it's not going to fit the 3/4 fitting.?
Fitting to what? It would be helpful to have a list of what you are trying to hook up and hose sizes as mentioned before. We know the pump now but nothing else. Do all the items you want to supply with water from the one pump use 3/4" hoses?3/4 fitting.?
OK, well keep us updated! Thanks for all of the replies. I'm not worried about the splitter anymore right now. I'm sorry I couldn't be more specific.
