Tumor or eggs?

My Koi is about 4 yrs old and I have been expecting spawning once I noticed it's belly was growing (3-4 weeks ago ago). She is getting larger and now I am concerned that perhaps this is a tumor or she is egg bound. Water temp is 66* and parameters are all normal. May I please have your opinions on what might be going on?
