Fish with tumors

Evening!
Have fish below with tumors(3 of them) had these for 4 plus years. Don’t have knowledge or capability to treat in separate tank!
Doesn’t seem to be in distress. Probable benign!
Didn’t know if anyone knows about this or has fish with this?
Have 8 other fish in pond of same size without this growth
Appreciate any suggestions

At least it does not seem to be contagious.

I can't really make out the pictures however it may be carpox which are harmless. I've had fish with all types of tumor like growths and they resolved themselves.

Thanks! Fish has had these tumors or pox for years! No other fish has it
