Agree, it is horsetail rush and the need for containment. I have it growing in a mini-bog (pictured) and found it easy to grow and an evergreen throughout the winter.

Well it stays. Seems to like the pond and the pond likes it. Gets out of hand, I’ll burn it for heat in the winter.

I like the looks of it. My corkscrew rush dies off every year so maybe a small piece of this. My lizards tail died off in my bog but I'm finding it in my yard!
