Here is a thought. What if all the liberals no matter what the party name is called, moved to the US and all the conservatives moved to Canada. Which country would do better? Who would pay for all the free stuff that that one group would promise? Which election system would survive with ridicules rules like having to provide a voter ID, and there was no court that would shoot the law down as being unfair? Which education system would survive (and ultimately their society) where admittance to a university was based on the color of their skin and not merit. Which country would prosper with the highest corporate tax rate in the world verses the lowest? Which county would prosper if it takes over 11,000 pages to write all the regulations for a single new law, say healthcare, when it only took 4 pages to write the constitution. I would love to sit back and watch the comparison.

I'm in between the two, where would I be ;) and I love my home where it's hot most of the year and cold enough to go skiing in winter! I think there're more people who's in the middle then the far right or far left though.

Remember the experiment Germany tried, east-v-west, separated by a guarded wall?

Since most humans are wimps and prefer to live in a warmer climate, any brief population boom here in Canada would eventually trickle back down south.

Now - if both our climates were the same....
