What does it mean when a large koi is wobbling its body and sticking its head up.

When a fish appears to have a problem staying up right or swimming in a straight line is a sign of distress, add coming to the surface and it is usually a sign of a lack of oxygen , especially if it is your largest fish they are always the first to show signs of trouble.

Okay thank you. I added extra oxygen to the pond yesterday maybe that will help her
