Awaiting Approval

How long do I have to wait for approval of my post? Anyone know? It's been over 8 hours.

I DON'T BELIEVE THERE IS AN APROVAL Time FRAME. Are you sure you hit the post reply ? i do that frequently

My notifications say that my post has been submitted and then it says:

Awaiting approval before being displayed publicly.

I wrote my post this morning around 9:00. I am a new member as of this morning so maybe that’s the issue. Thanks for your response, though.

As long as you were able to make a post here, I think that means you’ve been approved.

Right, but my important post about my one fish getting attacked by five others hasn’t been posted publicly, so I’m not getting any responses to that post.

Hmmmmmmmmm, I don't know why the not posting thing is happening to you. Maybe @Ian can help. He's the owner of the forum.

Sorry about that, sometimes the forum software thinks that a message may contain spam and it takes a little longer than usual to be approved for the site.

Sorry I have been off line a bit. Dealing with some life issues.
Some posts go to approval if there is something in it that alerts the software. Usually a link.
