I have had a pond for years, its about 6000 liters in the ground. It has fairly simple box filter with UV there is also a 60 liter barrel filled with alfagrog for biological filtration and an air pump.
Fish are koi and shbunkins. Over the years they have bread and died so to be honest I don't know exactly how many are in it anymore.
I've had disease before but normally a trip to the local store will treat them. I don't have a microscope so can't do a scrap and the local shop doesn't offer it.
Only the smaller younger fish seem to be getting very ill and dying so far but the older fish are showing symptoms.
Symptoms on the fish in the water they look like they have white fluffy growths and are rubbing them selves on the bottom and sides of the pond, out of the water the white stuff is like mucous and under it between the scales is red.
They all swim and eat happily not sitting at the surface or bottom
I popped to the shop "under new ownership" had a chat with the guy and picked up some
NT labs anti-parasite and fungus pond eradick 9
A 5 day course of this as per the instructions seemed to help but not cure the problem, back to the shop I'm told probably a secondary infection caused by the parasites got some
NT labs anti-ulcer finrot and flukes pond bactard 8
"They seem to push NT LABS "
Fish are still showing symptoms and dying
Any help advice would be great thanks.
Pictures of this mornings casualty.

I have tested the water pH ammonia nitrate ect all levels are fine
