disease or spawning injury?

I have a large female goldfish that recentlt spawned. I saw a mark on both of her sides and figured it was a spawning injury. The marks have not goner away now in 2 weeks so I am worried.
Here are some photos of her. Sorry, there are bits of pond sludge on her. The marks are just behind her gills.
Please help if you have seen this before.

They look like injuries from spawning. I would add Melafix to the pond to speed healing. You don't won't that injury open for too long because it will be invaded by bacteria.
If you don't see an improvement than I would put her in a seperate tank with .03% salt solution for as long as she can take it without stressing out and then continue with the Melafix as directed .
