Excess bubbling

Hi all! I started my pump back up about a week ago. Now I have this film and bubbles on top. I REALLY don't think they're spawning yet cuz I watch them for a while every day and haven't noticed any spawning behavior. SO... that tells me it's probably excess protein. My question is...how do I get rid of it?
Tested my water and results as follows:
Ammonia 0.5
Ni & Na both 0.
Phos 0.5
PH 8.4 (consistent for years)
Kh 6 (added some baking soda to bring this up)
The water is so murky, but it's early. Just wondering about the skum on top.

Looks like DOC- dissolved organic compounds. Creates phosphates which can lead to a bit of foaming or bubbling. Doesn't look too bad in your pond. Once your plants kick into gear you should be fine!

My main concern would be with the ammonia, 0.5 is pretty high. This can happen when a pond starts up for the spring because the beneficial bacteria haven't had a chance to catch hold, but I would monitor that.

You can build a foam fractioner if it’s really important to you. If you don’t have a ton of fish and/or over feed them, it’ll probably go away on its own like others said.
