Lioking forward to some positive growth.

Id recomend a rating system. We get a lot of the same questions over and over. I think a rating of sort would be a way to put more informative posts together without some of the friendly banter. That way if someobe is reserching how to they can go to more direct posts. Kind of a sticky with a rating a purpose.
