Is this Dead Algae.

It is all over everything.Makes the pond look dirty even though the water is very clear.

yep not so dead algae that will come to life and help the pond get started back up .Every one gets it when the pond has no type of aeration or pumps moving the water around during the winter .It is what the fish eat during the winter months .You can add some peroxide and it will float to the top and you can scoop it out .I don't see any fish so that is why you have so much of it .My fish eat mine so none left when spring gets here
