Lump on gold fish?

Could anyone help me, one of my gold fish as this lump don't know what it is???

Fish pox. Not fatal. Should gradually disappear as water temps rise. Usually a sign of water quality issues.

Not sure this is Fish Pox Meyer looks more like a cyste of some sort to me , which may well bode ill depending on its contents.

May be. Photos are not a reliable diagnostic tool.

Thanks for your help going to get some water treatment so the rest of the fish are ok and see how this one gets on, seems fine within it's self at the min.
