Its a Heritage River birch.

I like the look of the reddish peely bark on it. I have a birch but it's the white kind and not much peeling on it. Don't know what kind it is as it came up from a seed in a neighbors plant pot. She did have a tall weeping branched type in her yard so it could be an offspring of that one. All I know it is one fast growing tree for sure!

Did those 2 pots come with the scalloped pieces in the back of them .in pic 3 with the bird bath

No those are the backs of some chairs that came with a bistro set we had several years ago and I re-purposed them last year, put them in the pots, looks sort of neat when plants are growing in the pots.

They look like they are part of the pot tmann .I guess all your gardens are buried under snow too .
