Mississippi pond with Sasquatch

This is my pond, near Jackson MS. My son added Sasquatch

Oh how pretty!

I tried to get my husband to buy me a Sasquatch to put in my shade garden. I thought it would be hilarious to have him up there checking us out!

My sasquatch has gradually aged and is now 'white haired'. It is fun when folk notice him. I usd to have an azalea by him, so he was harder to see.

LOL, it’s become a “meme,” because of an insurance company commercial. I think they are interviewing Sasquatch, and it comes out that his name is “Darryl.” I don’t recall the entire commercial, but somewhere something funny popped on FaceBook where they ask someone what they’ve learned from [from the quarantine?], and the answer is “I learned that Big Foot’s name is Darryl.”

Short related story about Sasquatch. Around here in Kennebunk, ME a few years back painted black images of a 12” tall one appeared all over the place. Someone was spray painting it on the back of signs, etc. One day they painted something they should not have (truly should not have been painting anything) and the police opened an investigation. Didn’t take long for them to catch the culprit. There have been no recent sightings of Sasq.
