Before you think about those venturis, refresh my memory please of your pump and plumbing from the pump to the filter. See, I'm thinking, in my experience w/ rubbermaid tanks, you'll need close to 3000 gph to pull air down 2' to those guys. Of course, with a little experimentation, you could adjust the venturi itself to work with different pump pressures. Gotta find a link to venturi explanation and design, just lost it temporarily.
