Haven't done anything since last post but hopefully we'll resume the build in the next week or two.
I picked up this piece of driftwood my friend gave me. I may incorporate it on the shallow ledge or behind the pond. Pretty neat piece.
I was thinking it would be cool to see a couple turtles perched on it/swimming in the pond. Has anyone put a couple painted turtles in their pond? Is it safe? If so, what would you feed them?

In my case, they ate the coy pellets and never really messed with the fish. You never know though, maybe someone else will tell you different. I guess as they get bigger, you'll have to watch their nails. You don't want them puncturing the liner.
