Norlog above ground pond.

Hi, i have purchased a norlog above ground pond. I have had to send 6 boards back as either damaged, or not cut correctly. After receiving replacements I am now struggling to fit the beading into the grove to hold the liner in position. The manufacturer is saying they have never had this problem ever so it must be me. Has anyone got any ideas please? TYIA
