Pond repair

i have a leak under my small waterfall weir. I have pond liner but need a fish safe adhesive so I can attach the pond liner to boulders then attach the other end to the liner in my stream. Thank you!

You can buy a silicone made for repairing fish tanks. I use pl roofing goop works great, messy wear gloves.
