That is the only way I can see the bird feeders from the house window, that is 20 feet of pipe to get them high enough, about 2-3 feet in the ground in concrete. we bought two pieces of 10 feet of metal tubing, 1 inch, we had it as 3/4 inch it was too whimpy, when the winds hit.
