    I'm sure many of you have used Tetra before, whether for your pond or home aquarium. I just wanted to give a shout out to their customer service team.

    I had lost the flow adjustment cap for my fountain and contacted them to purchase a replacement. Their rep said no problem, we'll send you one as a courtesy, you should see it in 7-10 days.

    I received the package today, and it was quite a bit heavier then I expected. Not only did they send me a replacement flow control screw, they also sent me a brand new, $50 LED fountain kit as well. Completely unexpected. This is how you keep customers, and it went well above and beyond what was required.
