Amazing winter this year. I turn on a small stream pump 1800gph today. The birds and fish are loving it. I will not leave it on because I have to be away for a bit but still fun to see some activity in February

I'm tempted to turn a small pump I put in last year, but it would bring my water temperature down from it's current 2.8c to 0c and I don't like the idea of that for some reason.
Looks great, RobAmy.

I have two small pumps running, one in the 1000 gallon pond, one in the big pond. I turned off the breathers, the water has kept a stable temperature. Now if I turn on the small pump that runs over the bog, that drops the temperature real quick. To much surface area.

Bet the birds are loving that! Mine are bathing in the deck ponds and the puddles in the bog.
