We travel and I'm a little worried since I upgraded the pond pump to a larger size if there was some kind of castastrophe where a pipe broke the pump could pump all the water out of the pond and I was wondering if there is some kind of sensor you can put at a certain level of the pond where if the water went lower than that set level the pumps would shut off. Anyone ever run into something like that? I got the idea from a sump pump float that has a separate cord that the pump plugs into to shut it down if the water level was too low.
