What pond creatures are these?

Hi there, new to this forum. I just came back from a three week holiday and my start-up pond is overloaded with these creatures:

I have tried Google, but can't seem to find out what creatures these are. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I use them in my pond cause the water collector above the fall doesnt have fish in it. You're gonna need a new one per month, especially if you do water changes like i do.
