Well...... How goes it today, as far as the sale? Everything still on?

What kind of "inspections?" Just the usual ones -- which I'm sure you guys have already looked into -- or something else?

He wants the general inspection, then deep inspection if general one finds anything. Wants 15 days to do this, then us out 7 days later, if he buys. Almost wish I could tell him to take a hike. If we lived here he would not be getting this house, he does not deserve it.

But if we let this one go we could sit on the house for months costing 2500 per.

We told him no matter what is found we are not fixing

We are now thinking of shipping my car home, using free miles to fly home, it will cost us 100 for the pup. Cost 775 for the car.

But we need time to make the reservations, his timing is cutting that too short. Esp with pup

What about a train You and vehicle go on same train .I did that one time and it was not expensive .

Not sure they would allow lil missy. I did check one time, years ago. It was a week plus trip.

true it can be a long trip from out that way .I took my chihuahua Bandit on our trip .As long as she had a crate .But that can be a really long trip for a dog

I can't really see what the guy will find unless he just wants leverage to lower the price of the house .But to me he is just wasting his time and money and your time also

They still have a rolls Royce, pretty white one, in the garage, some furniture we told them to leave staging. Not much.
