What a jerk .He really thinks someone is going to put out money for led lights for him .

You should see his email, break up driveway and side walk and replace (100 plus feet) due to a few cracks, replace older ac unit cause it might break......On and on

if he wants new buy new and pay more for a pourly built house .I see builders here that build crap houses .The builder in my development is one of them .

Even the appraiser said this house was very very well built

older homes always are if they were built before the housing boom happened .I NJ that they had all those houses built during that time and they are falling apart .Can't remember the name of them but they were buying up land and building lots of cookie cutter homes .They even opened a design center in Raritan Center where the buyers could chose everything for there homes .A home was built in a month no matter what weather .YEH that is quality built .There a bunch of them built out on Englishtown Road that the models never sold and a lot of the lots never sold and some unfinished ones also

The thing is....

If you have cash, and you're looking to buy something, you never really know how desperate people are to sell something.
You can sometimes get pretty good deals by offering cash.
One never knows.

It's too bad it didn't work out.

true I know first hand here my lots were listed 9500 and I paid 5000 a lot and the other house on 12 acres was 39 thousand bank owned and i got it for 27 thousand and they even put down fresh gravel on a 400 ft long drive and 2 culvert pipes and bush hogged the whole front of the lot .He may be back addy as he will see it was a better deal than he thought .Just wait and see if he tries again .I know my shop LED lights in my basement were 180 dollars each and I got a great deal through a friend .I had to buy them in NJ and bring them here .

I made fondant before leaving and candy boards for the bees, made some for him to. I told him to take some of the fondant and feed his bees also. Ow they will starve in january

We SOLD the house again, for 22000 more! !

He said I operate on the principle, if you like what you see buy it. They fell in love with the front of our house.
