stevia is the plant truvia is made from... liquid stevia extracts are best. they have a bunch of flavored stevia extracts. dry stevia powders are usually mixed with maltodextrin, wich is a slow carb as well. it is however,made from corn, and 90%+ of the U.S corn supply is GMO. But is still a far healthier option than aspertame, or any of the artificial sweeteners. best way is to grow your own stevia plants.
